Flexible Assertive Community Treatment Adult Teams Round 2

The Office of Mental Health announces funding for the development of twelve (12) Flexible Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) teams:

  • 1 68 capacity team expanding to 100 capacity team in Hudson River
  • 1 68 capacity team expanding to 100 capacity team in Central New York
  • 1 68 capacity team expanding to 100 capacity team in Western New York
  • 1 68 capacity team expanding to 100 capacity team in Long Island
  • 8 68 capacity team expanding to 100 capacity team throughout New York City

The teams will serve individuals who have serious mental illness (SMI) and who haven't been successfully engaged by the traditional mental health treatment system.
