Elite Prolaw Annual Software Subscription License Fee

  1. Provide a renewal licensing agreement for Prolaw software that we already own. Please quote a set amount per year for eight users for licensed “seats” and for customer support of each seat.
  1. Billing frequency is annually.
  1. The software is used for document management, to convert documents and claim files into Prolaw, including hearing dockets. The vendor must be able to provide the necessary annual licensing agreement for eight “seats” in Prolaw for the continued use of the current software system with no changes to the actual system or any of its documents or content. Current Maintenance provided:
