Project Description: PSTA intends to negotiate a 5-year sole source procurement for maintenance and software support for the S & A Systems Fluid Management & Tracking System currently installed at PSTA's Maintenance Fueling Facility, Bulk Fluid Storage Room, and in 260 vehicles inclusive of revenue and non-revenue service. PSTA shall contract this procurement with S & A Systems a.k.a FleetWatch. This is an acquisition with an estimated value of $39,000.00.
