Fleet Space Needs Assessment Study

The City requests proposals (RFP) from qualified, licensed architectural/engineering firms experienced in the programming, design, and development of government facilities. The selected firm will prepare a space and facilities needs assessment for the City’s Fleet Maintenance Division.

Responding firms must have at least five (5) consecutive years of experience, within the past five (5) years under a legally registered business name, providing services similar in scope. Firms must not have filed for bankruptcy under any business name in the past five (5) years. All required professional licenses must be current at the time of submittal.

The Fleet Maintenance Center is located in the City’s Operations Center at 446 Pennsylvania Avenue, Greer, SC 29651, shared with the Parks, Recreation & Tourism and Public Services Departments.

The Fleet area includes two vehicle bays and one enclosed office space. Vehicles awaiting work or recently completed are parked outdoors on adjacent grass and gravel.
