REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION NOTICE TO PROPOSERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Lauderhill is seeking sealed qualifications for the following work as specified:
RFQ NUMBER: #2026-010 FLEET MAINTENANCE/REPAIR SERVICES CITY OF LAUDERHILL, FLORIDA
The City of Lauderhill will accept sealed qualifications until 2:45 P.M. EST, on January 08, 2026 via IonWave at https://lauderhill.ionwave.net , and qualifications will be opened at 3:00 P.M. Qualifications received after 2:45 P.M. EST will not be considered.
The intent of this RFQ is to assemble a list of qualified licensed co ntractors to perform fleet maintenance services . The City will use successful contractors from this list on an as needed basis that will ultimately provide the best effective and cost-efficient means of maintaining and repairing the City’s vehicles. All proposers are required to register online at www.colvendor.com . The full Statement of Work will be available on and after December 17, 2025, on IonWave at https://lauderhill.ionwave.net/ . Vendors who obtain solicitation documents from sources other than IonWave are advised that their solicitation package may be incomplete. All addendums will be posted and distributed via IonWave by the Finance/Purchasing Department. |
