Fleet Maintenance Facility CNG Safety System Upgrades - CIP #24121

The scope of work involves evaluating and upgrading the mechanical ventilation and exhaust systems in the Room '17 Heavy Duty Service' area of the CNG repair facility to ensure compliance with applicable California and NFPA codes for minor repair garages servicing compressed natural gas (CNG) vehicles.

The objective is to confirm that all mechanical systems meet or exceed the requirements for minor CNG vehicle repair operations and support safe, code-compliant facility function during occupied hours.

SEALED BIDS will be received by the City Clerk of the City of Manteca at 1001 West Center Street, Manteca, California until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, September 11, 2025 , for the Fleet Maintenance Facility CNG Safety System Upgrades - CIP #24121 (Project).

A NON- MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING AND JOB WALK will be held as follows.

DATE/TIME/LOCATION: Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. And Wednesday, August 20, 2025 at 11:00 a.m . (anyone in attendance of the first meeting does not need to attend the second meeting) at the project site.at the project site.

All bidding General Contractors are encouraged to attend the following meeting. Subcontractors may also attend.
