FLCC Stormwater Management Facility

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the County of Ontario will receive sealed bids for the FLCC G-Lot Stormwater Management Facility Improvements. Such sealed bids must be filed with the Ontario County Purchasing Director, 20 Ontario Street, Canandaigua, New York 14424, PRIOR TO 3:00 p.m. prevailing time, June 25, 2025 at which time the bids will be publicly open and read via Webex meeting.

There will be a pre-bid meeting held on Monday, June 16, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Said meeting will be held at Ontario County Department of Public Works Conference Room, 2962 County Road 48, Canandaigua, New York 14424. All interested parties are strongly urged to attend.

Bid forms, Drawings, and Specifications may downloaded from the County’s e-Procurement Portal https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/ontariocountyny . Hard copies will be available for a refunded deposit of $100.00 per set (U.S. FUNDS). Cross sections will be provided upon request in electronic version (PDF files) only. Checks shall be made payable to the Ontario County Treasurer. No bidder shall receive documents prior to receipt of a deposit by the Purchasing Department. Bidders requesting arrangements other than U.S. Mail shall be responsible for making such arrangements and all associated costs. Deposits must be a check or cash, no credit cards are accepted or copies of checks.

Each bid shall include Bid security in the amount of five (5%) percent of the total bid offered by the bidder. Said bid security shall be in the form of a certified check, bond, or irrevocable line of credit and is required to be included with the bid submittal.

Note: The County of Ontario shall not be held responsible for the completeness or accuracy of any bid documents received by a bidder that were not directly issued to that bidder by the Ontario County Purchasing Department.
