Project Description: This solicitation is to establish a contract for Flashers, Traffic Signal Solar Type 12 Volt, 24- Hour with all required accessories required for assembly, this is for TxDOT's Traffic Division (TRF). This is a re-advertisement of Solicitation No. 601440000047106.
