The Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the procurement of the Flap Pouch Field Pack Assembly.

This solicitation, W912CH-25-Q-0008, will result in a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Contract with 100% Option for the procurement of the following:

First Article Test Report: Required

There is an export controlled Technical Data Package (TDP) associated with this procurement, distribution code D, limiting access to the Department of Defense (DoD) and U.S. DoD contractors only.

Joint Certification Program (Export Control): You must be certified under the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) to be granted access to the TDP for this solicitation. (https://www.dla.mil/HQ/LogisticsOperations/Services/JCP/)

The intended solicitation, and any amendments, will be issued electronically. The Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a mailing list. Interested parties shall periodically access SAM.gov in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the proposal.

Please submit one copy of your offer, in accordance with Section A of the solicitation, to be considered for award. Proposals are due no later than 03 February 2025 at 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). All offers submitted in response to this solicitation shall be valid for a minimum of 90 calendar days following the offer due date.
