Flaming Gorge Ranger District Janitorial Combined Synopsis RFQ

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service (FS), Intermountain Region, Ashley National Forest, Flaming Gorge Ranger District has a need for janitorial services at their Manila Office and Dutch John Work Center locations, to be performed on alternating weeks. The deadline for questions about this solicitation is 8/29/2025 at 10:00 AM MT. The deadline for quotes is 9/3/2025 at 10:00 AM MT. Note the two email addresses to submit questions and quotes to in section (xxi) of the attached request for quote (RFQ) document. It is required to submit your questions and quotes to both of these email addresses by the question and response deadline. Site visits are scheduled for 8/28/25. Review section (xvi) of the attached RFQ document for addresses and times for these site visits. The Manila Office site visit will be early in the morning and the Dutch John Work Center site visit will be late morning. The Contracting Officer's Representative will facilitate these walkthroughs. It is the responsiblity of the quoter to confirm receipt of their quote from the contract specialist and contracting officer, and to monitor the solicitation here for any amendments that may be issued. Quoters should sign and return these amendments with their quotes.
