Project Description: The Contractor shall furnish and provide qualified traffic control personnel, equipment, and transportation at various locations throughout the District service area during various times of day. The Contractor shall provide traffic control plans when required for the Work and adequate safeguards, safety devices, protective equipment, and other needed actions to protect the life, health, and safety of the works, the public and property in connection with the performance of the Work.
