The Work generally consists of the partial roof replacement on the flat roof sections including removal of the existing membrane, insulation, roof drains, gutters, and all related components. New roof drains and gutters will be installed to improve drainage, followed by a new insulation system and roofing membrane. Wall panels willalso be installed along designated vertical surfaces. The scope includes but not limited to masonry, concrete, mechanical,electrical, plumbing and systems demolition and improvements. Equipment and furnishings indicated, shall be providedby the Contractor unless noted otherwise.
