Scope of Bid: The ESCNJ Cooperative Pricing System is requesting bids for Fixed Seating.  The products and prices offered will be made available to over 1,600+ Co-op members, consisting of local municipal governments, public schools, vocational schools, counties, and other public entities throughout the State of New Jersey.

CLARIFICATIONS:

Please confirm that, since KI will be hiring subcontractors directly for all fixed seating projects and not its dealers, dealers of record are not required to be named for this contract?

Please complete pages 88 - 94 of the bid specifications with regard to subcontractors you will utilize.

SUBCONTRACTOR’S DISCLOSURE STATEMENT –

Due to this being a cooperative contract and not a specific project out to bid, for the section that states “Will the cost of the subcontract exceed $20,000” is it correct to select “No” and then for Estimated Value of Contract put “Not known at bid-cooperative contract”?

Then if we are putting a “No” do we then not submit with our Bid the DPMC-27 or DPMC-701 until there is a specific project that exceeds the $20,000?

Please complete all pages provided in the bid specification.

Are we able to supplement our documents as information changes for our named Subcontractors or new named Subcontractors?

You may supplement / delete / change named Subcontractors at any time.
