Subject:       Warrior’s Mark Internal Bus Service – Fixed Route Transit Service Quote

The Town of Breckenridge Mobility Department is seeking quotes for a Fixed Route Transit Service (Contracted Service) for the Warrior’s Mark Internal Bus Service.  The contract will be administered by the Mobility Department between the Town of Breckenridge and the selected contractor.  The selected contractor will provide exclusive Fixed Transportation Service for the designated subject area.  The selected contractor will also be required to provide Mobility detailed Ridership information that will include (at minimum):  Guest Ridership information – number of passengers, by month, week, day, hour and boarding at stop location/s. The Town of Breckenridge will utilize the ridership report information for evaluation of future service plans and program success.  Contractor will be expected to use telematics (equipment provided by the TOB) in each vehicle on route to provide real time information to the public. Public Works will select a proposal based on the following: Established Transportation Company, strong customer service values and principals, dependable and accountable delivery of service, and demonstrated safety record.  Contract Term will be from: November 26 th , 2025 – April 12 th , 2026.  Transportation hours of operation will be from:  8am – 8pm daily.

  1. Fixed-Route Service – Transit services where vehicles run on regular, repetitive, pre-designated, pre-scheduled routes, with no deviation, stopping to pick up and deliver passengers at specific, identified locations and times.Each fixed-route trip serves the same origins and destinations.

  1. Company background – number of years in business, location, number of Staff, organization chart
  2. Qualifications and experience – provide relevant information regarding experience
  3. Provide list of fleet/vehicles for service and accessories, i.e. ski/snowboard equipment racks
  4. Scope of service provided – a detailed description of the service being quoted
  5. List of project personnel – identify the primary contact person
  6. Contract Term: November 26 th , 2025 – April 12 th , 2026
  7. Transportation Service Hours: 8:00am – 8:00pm daily
  8. Ridership reporting (TOB will provide format) ability
  9. Contractor will be expected to provide: insurance certificate, general commercial liability amount of $1,500,000 per occurrence and per person
  10. Quote/Cost proposal –Please include any notes needed for evaluation.
