Fixed Base Operator or Hangar Development

All potential respondents are required to make themselves familiar with the contents of this RFP.

Each respondent shall provide the details requested within this RFP in its proposal to ensure the

most favorable rating. It is possible, but not required or assured, that more than one respondent

will be selected to provide either a fixed base operation, a hangar development, or both, at the

Idaho Falls Regional Airport.

Two developments prompted the issuance of this RFP. First, multiple inquiries have been made to

the Airport in recent years to initiate a second fixed base operation. Second, the Airport has also

seen a significant waiting list develop to construct hangars. With developable acreage available,

but lacking infrastructure to support the development, the RFP process was determined to be the

most equitable method of meeting as much demand as possible while developing the Airport in

line with the 2025 Idaho Falls Regional Airport Master Plan.
