Fixed-Base Operator (FBO) Building Remodel

The intent of this solicitation is for the selection of a Construction Management firm for the FBO Building Remodel project located at Arlington Municipal Airport (the “Project”), in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this CSP. The FBO remodel project aims to enhance the functionality and aesthetics of the existing facility, ensuring it meets the current and future needs of airport operations, customers, and staff. The remodel will also allow for the operation and charging of electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft. The project aligns with the City of Arlington’s strategic goal of improving infrastructure and public facilities to support economic growth and community development.

The City of Arlington strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this bid electronically. If submitting a paper bid, it must be submitted in a sealed envelope or package and labeled with the company name, solicitation number and title. Late bids will not be accepted.
