The City of Upper Arlington is seeking a vendor to provide a Five Point Intersection Improvement Study and Design.

The services include the study and preparation of construction plans, public involvement, and contract/bid documents for the Five Points Intersection. The project will include the following:

  • Detailed traffic analysis to determine intersection design alternatives
  • · Public Involvement to obtain input on alternatives
  • · Detailed design of the selected alternative
  • · Assistance in identifying and applying for external funding
