Documents returned in good condition within the time allotted or winning bidder can request their deposit check to be returned and must include a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) or UPS account number. If a SASE is not included, the check will be voided.

The Trustees of Purdue University will receive sealed bids for the following project until 10:00 a.m. Central Standard Time (CST) on the 5th day of December 2024 in the University Services Building 20A, 6924 Wicker Avenue, Hammond, Indiana 46323.

1. Northwest Campus – Hammond – Fitness and Recreation Center Roof Replacement - 2024

A $300 deposit will be required for each hardcopy set of bidding documents. One compact disk or download is available at no charge. Postage and handling fee may apply.

A voluntary pre-bid meeting for Project No. 1 will be held on November 19, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. CST. The meeting will begin outside the south entrance to the Fitness and Recreation Center (FNRC), located at 2320 173rd St., Hammond, IN.
