Project Description: The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to establish a firm fixed price, lump sum contract with one qualified Contractor to provide clearing of trees, shrubs, removal of existing asphalt pathway, timber handrails and bulkhead remnants of existing dock and fabricate new concrete pathway, bulkhead, and fishing pier.
