Fish Bolt Park CMAR

City of Chamblee, Georgia (Owner) is requesting Statements of Qualifications from Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) firms (Proposer) for pre-construction services and the construction of the following Project: FISH BOLT PARK.

Owner will receive printed Statements of Qualifications demonstrating the Proposer's qualifications and ability to provide CMAR services and construct the Project at the Chamblee City Hall located at 3518 Broad Street, Chamblee, Georgia, until 1:00 P.M. local time, December 11, 2025. After that time, Owner will no longer accept Statements of Qualifications. See Requests for Qualifications for details on preparing and submitting the Statement of Qualifications.

CMAR services are to be provided under a single contract. The CMAR Contract will include preconstruction services, subcontractor procurement, and construction services. The Project consists of, but is not limited to the following major elements of Work: Retrofit of an existing stormwater detention pond located along the City of Chamblee Rail Trail to a tiered stormwater wetlands with walking path and park amenities. The project scope includes development of aesthetic water features, multi-use path, cast-in-place concrete retaining walls, elevated observation deck, seating, site lighting, landscaping, other park features, erosion/sediment control measures, labor and materials necessary to install the authorized work.

All required federal, state, and local permits as well as required easements or rights of way for the project will be obtained prior to Construction.
