Notes	The City of Las Vegas (City) hereby invites qualified firms or individuals (Offerors) to submit written Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) to complete public outreach and stakeholder coordination for the implementation portion of the grant. Preliminary design services include data evaluation and data management plans, concept of operations and systems engineering to identify potential technologies. The implementation stage includes design of the identified technology for construction, continuous data collection and, before and after data analytics with performance evaluation to be conducted by UNR. Lastly, an implementation report to summarize the project's outcome, lessons learned, and recommendations for future technology deployments. This project is federally funded by the US Department of Transportation; federal regulations apply as specified herein.
