This announcement provides notice of the availability of funds for the Indian Health Service (IHS) Fiscal Year (FY) 2024 and

affords eligible Tribes or Tribal Organizations (T/TO) the opportunity to apply.



The SAP awards funding on a competitive basis for qualifying projects to construct, expand, or modernize, T/TO owned, small ambulatory health care facilities that serve American Indian and Alaska Natives (AI/AN) and that are operated pursuant to a health care services contract or compact entered into under the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act, Public Law (P.L.) 93-638.
