| Project Title: | First Floor Renovation – Building L – Downtown Campus |
| Description: | Cape Fear Community College is seeking proposals from qualified Design Teams to design an interior renovation located at CFCC’s Wilmington NC Campus. This project consists of an approximately 6000 sf interior renovation to CFCC’s Building L, 1st floor. This floor currently houses CFCC’s dental clinic, which will relocate in August 2025. These spaces were built in 1997 with very little renovation in the subsequent years. The new uses of the space will include a healthcare provider clinic and a drop-in childcare facility. There may also be upgrades to the exterior to establish an outdoor play area for the drop-in childcare facility if funding allows. The surrounding spaces including the licensed childcare center and the main lobby will remain in full operation during this work. This is the second of a sequence of projects to update this building. Due to small project size there will be no pre-proposal meeting and this advertisement comprises all materials/information that will be provided. |
