TITLE: FIRST AVENUE SIDEWALK & ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT - FY26 CDBG

DUE DATE: April 7, 2026 @ 3:00P.M.

The City of Titusville intends to contract with a licensed qualified Contractor to furnish, deliver, and install sidewalks and all associated work as stipulated in the Exhibit A- Site Drawings below, along the east and west sides of First Avenue in Titusville, FL funded by Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) grant and in accordance with all regulations found in 24 CFR and 2 CFR part 200. Contract work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials for the construction of the sidewalk infill as indicated in the Contract Documents.
