First Aid Cabinet Resupply

RTD seeks a vendor to provide refill supplies only for RTD’s existing 4-shelf metal first aid cabinets, based on RTD standard cabinet contents (no over-the-counter medication). The selected Contractor shall support RTD Safety by providing the ability to order and receive first aid refill items at RTD’s designated delivery location for subsequent distribution and restocking by RTD personnel.

RTD will award one single purchase order from this RFQ.

This procurement is being pursued to address challenges experienced with the previous supplier model where:

• Unrequested items were added during cabinet resupply and billed to RTD.
• Certain items were charged at excessive amounts.
• Cabinets were overused/“raided,” including removal of full boxes of higher-cost items, which significantly increased total cost.
