2026 Fireworks Display Services RFP

The City of Kennesaw is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the provision of a 20 - 22 minute fireworks display on Friday, July 3, 2026, during the City of Kennesaw¿s Salute to America event.

Based on the responses to the RFP, it is the intent of the City of Kennesaw to enter into a general services contract agreement with a selected Contractor to produce the show.

Bid documents shall be obtained at no cost from the Kennesaw City Clerk¿s Office upon request via email to Lea Alvarez at lalvarez@kennesaw-ga.gov. Only a proposal submitted by a Contractor on record with the City Clerk¿s Office as having received the bid documents will be opened.

Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Kennesaw, Georgia at the office of the City Clerk located at 2529 J.O. Stephenson Avenue, Kennesaw, Georgia, 30144 until: Friday, March 27, 2026, 3:00 p.m., EST, at which time all proposals will be opened and recorded. A total of one (1) identified original copy plus three (3) copies of the proposals shall be required.

RFP responses received after the above date and time, or in any location other than specified, will not be considered.

The City of Kennesaw reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities and informalities.
