Fireworks Display Services

The Village of Lisle (“Village”) seeks to enter into an agreement (“Agreement”) with a qualified individual(s) or firm(s) (“Vendor”) to provide a community fireworks display (collectively referred to herein as “Services”) as described in detail in this Request for Proposal (“RFP).

The Village is seeking to enter into a contract with a qualified Vendor to provide a fireworks display on July 3, 2025 at Lisle Community Park, 1825 Short St, Lisle, IL. The Village is planning on budgeting up to $32,500 for the fireworks display. The proposal shall include set up requirements, a listing of the products used, the number of shells and shell size (please note the maximum shell size at this location is 6”), number of staff present, safety plan, pyrotechnic license, and proof of insurance as listed below.

The Village anticipates that the successful contract shall perform each of the following services:

• The Vendor shall be prepared to hold the display at dusk (approximately 9:30 p.m.) on the specified date at Lisle Community Park, Lisle, Illinois.
• The full display should be no less than 20 minutes and no longer than 25 minutes.
• The Vendor shall provide all necessary clean-up of combustible materials and/or shells before and following the display.
