REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)

The City of Bartlett is soliciting written proposals on a competitive basis from qualified pyrotechnic companies or professionals to provide an Independence Day Celebration Fireworks Display for the City as per the written specifications.

Bid Information and documents are posted on the City’s website at www.cityofbartlett.org

Sealed proposals are to be received no later than 4:00 pm (CDT) on Thursday, August 27, 2026. All submittals, with an original and four copies must be labeled “FY2027-07-002 FIREWORKS DISPLAY” and addressed as follows:
