Firefighter Turnout Gear - National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 1970 compliant per manufacturer certification stamp required.
A separate Bid Sheet is attached and must be included with the response. Bidders MUST enter $.01 in the Unit Price field as the electronic bid. This is the ONLY pricing that is to be entered electronically. All actual pricing must be on the Bid Sheet. There are two parts to the bid sheet- one for the vendor to enter ALL sizes of the requested clothing and items, as well as pricing. If vendor needs additional lines, please add to the bid sheet. The second part of the bid sheet is the sizing for an initial order that the agency will make post-award. The initial order pricing is what will be used to evaluate the cost (see section 13- method of award). The pricing will be a total of all requested items on the initial order sheet. |
