Bids shall include only firearms and related equipment that are new and unused, are the manufacturer’s model in current production, are complete and standard in all respects, are fully assembled, are entirely suitable for the intended purposes and shall not have been used for demonstration purposes. All equipment furnished shall be subject to the approval of the Luzerne County Probation Services Department.
SCOPE:
The items covered by these specifications consist of:
