Description
Project Description: The scope of work consists of structural repairs to a 7-story concrete industrial structure
used for live-fire-and-smoke training exercises. Repairs consist mainly of vertical wall
concrete restoration, epoxy resin crack injection, patching and replacing rebar and
spauled concrete, applying a moisture-resistant coating to the building exterior, laying
new CMU block walls to create additional storage space, applying a waterproofing traffic
coating to a second level floor, and modifications to the turn-out equipment laundry area
to improve air quality, increase ventilation, and improve lighting.
