Fire Training Tower Project - Lot 3 of Tract R False Bottom Addition

The Work shall be completed under one Lump Sum Contract and consists of all labor, skill and materials required to properly construct the project. The project consists of constructing concrete slabs, footings and foundation, a city supplied building package, perimeter concrete apron, electrical work, and minor grading and gravel surfacing. This work shall include all other miscellaneous items which must be performed to properly complete the contract.

The City of Spearfish will receive and accept bids through QuestCDN.com via their electronic VirtuBid online bid service or by sealed paper copy to Kyle Mathis at the Community Development Office at 625 N 5th St Spearfish SD 57783.

Paper Bids must be submitted upon the printed bid form and sealed with the items being bid clearly indicated on the outside for each project.
