Fire Training Field

The Corsicana Fire Department is soliciting proposals from eligible qualified firms for the construction of a fire training field located behind Station 1 at  2975 Drane Road Corsicana TX 75110. The Training Field will consist of three main components: (1) concrete drive approximately 436 Sq. yds.. (2) concrete slab tied into existing slab approximately 806 sq. yds. (3) a gravel pad approximately 9300 square feet. Firms wishing to bid on this project are encouraged to come on site to access the field. Sealed Proposals will be received at the Office of the City Manager of the City of Corsicana until 10:00 a.m. Friday, June 5, 2026. There will be no disclosure of contents to competing firms and all proposals will be kept confidential during the negotiation process.  The intent of this Proposal is to receive competitive bids for the construction of a training field listed within the specifications.  Proposal envelopes shall be marked “Fire Training Field”.  The sealed proposals will be opened at 10:00 a.m. on June 5, 2026 in the Office of the City Manager for the City of Corsicana.  A representative from the Corsicana Fire Department will be present at that time. The City of Corsicana may reject any or all of the proposals on any basis and without disclosure of a reason.  The failure to make such a disclosure shall not result in the accrual of any right, claim, or cause of action by any unsuccessful proposer against the City of Corsicana.
