Questions are due by 14 March 2025 by 2:00 PM CST with responses NLT 4:00 PM CST 18 march 2025 (submitted via bid express).

Bids are due by 26 March 2025 by 2:00 PM CST. (submitted via bid express).

There is no cost to view or download the RFP, but you will need to make sure your company is registered with Bid Express. There is a Fee to offer a proposal if your company decides to do that.

Please note that all Q&A and Bid submittal will have to be processed through the Bid Express Website. None will be accepted through phone, fax, or email.

***PLEASE NOTE*** There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting on Tuesday, 4 March 2025 at 2:00 PM CST. The meeting will take place at GRDA’s Salina Pump Back Location 620 S. 4437 Road Salina, Okla. 74367. Vendors must attend this meeting in order to bid on the project. All parties must sign in at the Pre Bid meeting.
