PROPOSAL FOR THE DESIGN & INSTALLATION OF A NEW FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM
AT CONCORD TOWNSHIP SEWER TREATMENT PLANT - 664 CONCORD ROAD, GLEN MILLS, PA 19342

Concord Township is seeking proposals for the design and installation of a new Fire Suppression System at the Township’s Sewer Treatment Plant, located at 664 Concord Road., Glen Mills, PA 19342. We are seeking qualified firms and/or contractors to perform site analysis, design work, and installation of a new fire suppression system compliant with IBC 2018, IFC 2018, and NFPA 13 as well as all state and local fire & building codes.

Responses to this proposal shall be submitted to Terri Grant, Asst. Township Manager at the Concord Township Municipal Building or mailed to Concord Township, 43 Thornton Road, Glen Mills, PA 19342, due not later than 12:00 p.m., Friday, May 2 ^nd , 2025. Proposals must be enclosed in a plain envelope bearing the name of the bidder, addressed to the Township of Concord, and clearly marked “Concord Township Sewer Treatment Plant – Fire Suppression System”.

The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all formalities in connection with the request. Any responses received after the above scheduled due date and time shall not be accepted or considered.
