The Town of Goffstown, New Hampshire Fire Department is seeking professional architectural and/or mechanical engineering firms to provide a limited-scope conceptual estimate for the Fire Station 2 Utilities and Systems Upgrade and Renovation Project located at 656 Mast Road, Goffstown, NH 03045. The project involves assessing and estimating costs to upgrade utilities, building systems, and energy efficiency measures, as well as evaluating current building conditions, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, roofing, and ADA compliance.

Qualifications:
|
|
Firms must demonstrate prior experience in public safety facility assessment, fire station design, and cost estimation for utilities and building systems. Experience with emergency response facilities and compliance with fire, life safety, and ADA codes is required.

Proof of insurance coverage (minimum $1,000,000 liability)
Workers’ Compensation coverage (or Independent Contractor Work Agreement for sole proprietors)
Valid licenses and certifications relevant to proposed services
Three (3) hard copies of the proposal submitted by deadline
Proposal valid for 120 days from opening
