|
The Work to be performed shall include but is not limited to: The addition of gutters to existing awnings and connections to storm drainage systems; the demolition and replacement of exterior siding, waterproofing, sheet metal flashing and trim on exterior walls and soffits; the removal and reinstallation of aluminum windows to accommodate waterproofing as indicated on the plans. All physical work shall be completed in the time specified in Section 00 10 40. Architect’s Estimate for this work is between $1,000,000 to $1,100,000.
