Fire Station 2 Roof Replacement

This project involves the removal and replacement of existing asphalt shingle roof by providing a newly installed asphalt shingle roof to meet existing code requirements and provide sufficient drainage. There is no change to the existing egress components or life safety components. Bidders should note that this project involves installation of sleepers as well as new plywood installed to the existing plywood decking; please review the Drawings and Project Manual for more details. Services provided by the contractor shall include, but are not limited to, furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, tools, testing, transportation and all other miscellaneous appurtenances and work necessary to the complete the project in accordance with the Contract Documents, Drawings, and Specifications.
