Project Description: The existing roof areas consist of four inches (4”) of lightweight concrete, attached tapered isocyanurate insulation, perlite, and a 2-ply modified bitumen roof membrane. The existing roof area consists of a metal deck, mechanically attached tapered isocyanurate insulation, perlite and a 2-ply modified bitumen roof membrane. The existing roof systems shall be removed to lightweight concrete or metal deck.
