Description:

The City of Fremont, Nebraska is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for architectural and engineering services related to the design and construction of a new headquarters fire station and new satellite fire station. This RFP is seeking services for pre-design, schematic design, design development, construction drawings, bidding services and construction administration and inspection services.

The firm should submit one (1) original and seven (7) hard copies, as well as a PDF file format copy of the proposal submitted on a zip drive with the hard copies. Proposals must be submitted and received in the Fremont City Clerk’s Office by the date and time listed below.

Final proposals are to be submitted by Friday, March 7, 2025 no later than 2:00 p.m. to the City Clerk’s Office, 400 East Military Ave., Fremont, NE 68025.
