Fire Station Renovations

Submissions marked "COR26-00089 – Fire Station 1 Renovation" will be received by the City of Regina (see Part 1.5.1 of the RFP), no later than 2:00:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on Tuesday June 2, 2026.

The City requires a qualified contractor to provide renovation and construction services for Fire Station 1, located at 2585 13th Avenue, in Regina, Saskatchewan.

The scope generally includes, but is not limited to:

• Emergency generator replacement
• Condensing unit replacement
• Boilers & water heater replacement
• Air Handling Unit replacement
• Air louver, ductwork and motorized damper installation
• Fire alarm replacement
• Lighting LED and controls upgrade
• BMS System installation
• Gear dryer installation
• Fire stopping, among other things.

Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by:

Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement
Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement

There will not be a public opening however the list of firm names who submitted a response will be posted to the Sasktenders website.

There will be an on-site pre-submission meeting at the Fire Station 1 located at 2585, 13th Avenue, Regina, SK on Tuesday May 12, 2026 10:00 AM CST for any interested proponents. Please email the RFP Contact set out in section 1.2 of the RFP to confirm attendance at the meeting by Monday May 11 at 04:00 PM CST. Public parking is available on the street. Please meet at the south overhead doors in the staff parking lot.
