Notes	The City of Davenport is accepting bids for the Fire Station No. 4 Roof Replacement project. The work shall include but not be limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment for the demolition and replacement of the existing roof, maintenance of masonry, fully adhered EPDM, wood blocking, curbing, sheet metal flashing and trim, roof drain replacement and other related roofing and accessories. A pre-bid meeting will be held on September 3, 2025, at 10:00am at Fire Station No. 4, located at 1805 E Locust St, Davenport, IA 52803. This will be a time to visit the location, review the plans and specifications, address any questions or concerns, and discuss the City’s expectations. All contractors intending to bid on this project are encouraged to have a representative in attendance. Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Within the system, each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
