Fire Station No. 14 Earthquake Repairs

Project Description: The work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing the equipment, facilities, services, and appurtenances indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work generally includes, but is not limited to the following: repair damage from 2020 earthquake as follows, replacement of damaged exterior fiber cement board cladding, patching, repair of cracks and painting to damaged non-structural interior finishes as well as minor repair to site concrete. Project construction systems include removal and replacement of existing fiber reinforced cement board panels, replacement of sections of site concrete flatwork and curb and gutter, interior patch and repair to gypsum board wall finishes, painting interior gypsum board wall finishes and wood baseboards.
