Fire Station #27 Lump Sum Bid and Fire Station #23 CM at Risk

Project Description: The City of Roswell is seeking Statements of Qualifications and Proposals from highly qualified contractors to provide all personnel, materials, equipment, labor and services necessary to perform Construction Management at Risk (“CM at Risk”) services for Fire Station No. 23 and Lump Sum Proposal for Fire Station No. 27, as more fully described in Section 3 of this RFP. Firms submitting Responses shall follow the process described herein. The City intends to enter into a contract with the successful Respondent to complete the Projects in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this RFP. The City of Roswell intends to award one (1) proposer with two (2) contracts, one for each Fire Station.
