Addition of approximately 12,165 square foot one-story building adjoining the existing apparatus bay. New construction to include 1 EMS bay with pavement vehicle exhaust system, USDD Fire Alerting system/Joker Stand, Kitchen/Dining, Day room, Public Lobby, Offices, Officer’s dorms, Fire Fighters dorms, EMS dorms and quarters, exercise room, laundry, restrooms, and bathrooms, mechanical and electrical rooms, IT room, mechanical yard, storage, public and staff parking, entrance and exit drives, landscaping.
