FIRE STATION CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AT RISK SERVICES. The City of Golden Valley is seeking a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for a Construction Manager at Risk (“CMAR”) with a Guaranteed Maximum Price (“GMP”) from qualified firms for services associated with a new East Fire Station at 1875 Lilac Drive. Once RFQs are received the City will issue a Request for Proposals to shortlisted firms. The selected firm from the RFP process will work with the East Fire Station Team that will be compromised of City staff and stakeholders, Tegra Group as Owner’s Representatives, and selected design firm(s). Proposals are due by 4:30 p.m. on April 2, 2026, those received after that will not be considered.
