Fire Station Concrete and Sealant

The Town of Dracut invites written quotes from qualified contractors for the for all labor and materials for removal and replacing concrete sealer (caulk) at the concrete crash barriers on the front and rear of fire station 1, located at 488 Pleasant Street in Dracut, Massachusetts.  There will also be two alternatives for removing existing concrete apron at the front of the fire station #2 at the garage doors and replacing with new concrete at 15 Jones Ave, Dracut, MA.

Documents can be downloaded at https://www.dracutma.gov/Bids.aspx as of May 7 , 2025.  Any addenda that may be issued will also be posted on the project website. Vendors are responsible to check back for any addenda that may be issued. Failure to acknowledge an addendum could result in rejection of quote.

Contractors must use the enclosed form for quotation. Quotes are subject to M.G.L. 30, § 39M and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 §§26 to 27H inclusive.
