Bid Opening will be on July 30, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. prevailing time at the Mattoon Fire Department; 208 N. 19th St., Mattoon, IL 61938. Bids will be publicly opened and read immediately after specified closing time. A Pre-bid meeting will be held on July 16, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. at the job site.
