Description
Project Description: The Buffalo Public Schools is requesting proposals from a qualified vendor to provide routine, non-routine, and emergency inspections, testing, maintenance and repair services of fire protection systems, districtwide. The vendor is required to have the licensing, experience, knowledge, and skill to perform the necessary services under this contract. This includes required quarterly, semiannual, annual, 5‐year,and 10 year inspections, tests and maintenance of fire pumps, sprinklers, standpipes, and FM-200 chemical suppression systems, per NFPA standards, and manufacturer recommendations. Repairs will be performed on an as-needed basis.
