Project Description: The City of Goodyear, (“City”) is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (“CMAR”) to provide design phase services and complete construction administration for the 30015 - Fire Resource Management Facility (Project). The CMAR will work with the City's project team made up of, City staff and the Design Team (under a separate City contract). Construction of the Project will be by CMAR delivery method.
The Owner’s initial construction budget for this project is currently estimated at $20,250,000.00. This is an approximate estimate. Actual available construction funding will be determined during the design phase of this project.
